A journey through Andean landscapes, subtropical rainforest and vast wetlands.
Trip overview
A 10-day journey through Andean northwest Argentina, Iguazú Falls and the Iberá Wetlands, bringing together contrasting landscapes, cultural heritage, nature and very different local ways of life.
This itinerary brings together three very different regions of Argentina. In the northwest, the Calchaquí Valleys and Quebrada de Humahuaca combine Andean landscapes, historic towns, local traditions and high-altitude vineyards. In Misiones, the subtropical rainforest provides the setting for Iguazú Falls and the Jesuit-Guaraní heritage of San Ignacio Miní. The journey then continues to the Iberá Wetlands, where wetlands and wildlife observation offer a different way to experience nature. A programme that combines culture and nature through contrasting landscapes, histories and local ways of life.
