This programme explores some of South America’s most representative wine regions. In Cafayate, high-altitude vineyards are set among the landscapes of the Calchaquí Valleys and the distinctive culture of Northwest Argentina. Mendoza brings a long winemaking tradition, a wide variety of wineries and the constant backdrop of the Andes. The journey then continues into Chile, where the Central Valley introduces different landscapes, grape varieties and approaches to wine culture. A proposal connecting Argentina and Chile through wine, gastronomy, culture and contrasting landscapes.
